Based on the basic monitoring and information conditions of the blast furnace at Benxi Iron and Steel Co. ， Ltd. ， the intelligent system of the blast furnace is constructed by using the technology of industrial sensors， data collection and industrial modeling， which breaks the isolated data island of the blast furnace production site， the transformation of ironmaking technology from“Experiential ironmaking” to“Digital ironmaking” has been promoted， and the ability of diagnosis， prediction and treatment of abnormal working conditions of blast furnace on site has been improved， it promotes the establishment of digitized， standardized and intelligent ironmaking technology system， and sets a benchmark for the application of intelligent manufacturing in ironmaking industry.
