This paper introduces the important role that data plays in supporting enterprises to improve their management efficiency. It provides implementation suggestions for principles of data acquisition, data analysis strategy and methods of data display in smart mine construction through smart mining data acquisition, statistical analysis and displays of application cases. Meanwhile, it discusses the common challenges and solutions which enterprises have encountered in the applications of data analysis, and it also put forward application suggestions on how enterprises improve their management efficiency through data analysis.
