    摘要:

    近年来在全球新能源汽车市场持续高速增长叠加动力电池高镍化趋势的双重影响下,高镍锍作为电池级硫酸镍的重要原料备受关注。本文介绍了两种主流的红土镍矿火法冶炼制备高镍锍工艺,分析了目前选用的冶金炉窑存在的问题,并提出了解决方案。中国恩菲工程技术有限公司以底吹熔池熔炼及侧吹浸没燃烧熔池熔炼这两项拥有自主知识产权的专利技术为基础,结合多年的生产实践经验,开发设计了针对由镍铁制备镍锍的复合硫化吹炼炉及由硫化焙砂制备镍锍的侧吹还原炉,本文详细介绍了两种炉型的结构特点和应用优势。

    Abstract:

    In recent years, under the dual influence of the continuous high growth of the global new energy vehicle market and the trend of high nickel for power batteries, high nickel matte has attracted much attention as an important raw material for battery-grade nickel sulfate. In this paper, two mainstream pyro smelting processes of laterite nickel ore for the preparation of high nickel matte are introduced, the problems of the currently selected metallurgical kilns are analyzed, and solutions are proposed. Based on the two patented technologies of Bottom-Blowing Smelting Process and Side-Submerged Combustion Smelting Process with independent intellectual property rights, China ENFI Engineering & Technology Co., Ltd. has developed and designed the compound sulfide blowing furnace for the preparation of nickel matte from ferron and the side-blowing reduction furnace for the preparation of nickel matte from sulfide roasted sand. The structural features and application advantages of the two furnace types are introduced in detail in this paper.
