    摘要:

    目前绝大多数冶炼企业熔炼渣在缓冷场的管理依然停留在人工操作、人工倒运、人工记录的阶段,渣包信息、缓冷时间记录、渣包车辆及水冷设备参数等有用的信息无法及时准确的传递到系统的各个环节,无法对缓冷时间进行准确过程控制,影响回收铜颗粒的浮选指标,同时导致缓冷场管理存在诸多问题,若发生事故会严重威胁生产现场作业人员的安全,严重损坏周围设备和设施甚至造成火灾,危害极大。公司熔炼渣缓冷场和生产管理进行深度融合,结合实际需求,在充分论证和试验的基础上,研究制定相应的技术方案和技术路线。以工业物联网、边缘计算、大数据、人工智能、智能控制等新一代信息技术为手段,建设智能化渣缓冷场,按照生产工艺要求,实现渣缓冷场无人值守和渣包运输的智能化调度。

    Abstract:

    At present, for the vast majority of smelting enterprises, management for smelting slag in the slow cooling field still remains manually operated, backed, and recorded. Slag bag information, slow cooling time records, slag bag vehicles, water cooling equipment parameters and other useful information cannot be timely and accurately transferred to all parts of the system, and cannot apply accurate control to the slow cooling time. This affects the recovery of copper particles flotation index, and leads to many problems in the slow cooling field management. Any potential accident would seriously threaten the safety of production site operators, damage surrounding equipment and facilities, and pose a fire hazard. Taking into account practical conditions, company carries out thorough integration of the melting slag slow cooling field and production management. The company conducts research and formulates corresponding technical solutions and technical routes on the basis of careful consideration and experimentation. With a new generation of information technology such as industrial Internet of Things, edge computing, big data, artificial intelligence, and intelligent control, an intelligent slag cooling field is built, and the unattended slag cooling field and intelligent scheduling of slag package transportation are realized in accordance with the requirements of the production process.
