    摘要:

    某铜冶炼厂脱硫系统处理烟气为冶炼环保烟气和精炼工艺烟气。以上两部分烟气混合后进入一套烟气脱硫系统内,采用石灰石-石膏法烟气脱硫工艺进行处理。其中环保烟气包括奥炉及电炉环保排烟、转炉环保排烟、主厂房环境集烟、精炼炉环保排烟、精炼工艺烟气脱硫四部分。为了提高脱硫效率以满足日益提高的排放标准,将现有脱硫工艺改为石灰石法+双氧水法脱硫工艺、现有动力波洗涤器改造为一级脱硫(除尘)塔,采用石灰-石膏法脱硫,现有脱硫塔作为二级脱硫塔(除雾),采用双氧水法脱硫。改造后脱硫系统运行达到了设计指标,产出了合格的石膏,同时达到了烟气排放标准的要求。

    Abstract:

    The desulfurization system of one copper smelter in China treats smelting secondary off-gas and refining process off-gas. The two kinds of off-gas above are sent into the off-gas desulfurization system with limestone-gypsum method for treatment. The secondary off-gas includes: the gas from MO furnace and SCF, the gas from the converter furnace, the gas from the main plant building, and the gas from the refining furnace. In order to improve the desulfurization efficiency to meet the increasing emission standards, the existing desulfurization process adopts the limestone method + hydrogen peroxide method. The existing primary reverse jet scrubber is changed to the one-stage desulfurization (dust removal) tower with the lime-gypsum method for treatment. The existing desulfurization tower is used as the two-stage desulfurization tower (dust removal) with the hydrogen peroxide method for treatment. After the transformation, the desulfurization system has reached the design index, producing qualified gypsum and meeting the requirements of the off-gas emission standard.
