Abstract:Intelligent manufacturing concept needs to be introduced in anode production process where the intelligent level is low. By building a carbon full-process intelligent management and control platform, and integrating the material and energy management modules on the platform, such issues can be effectively solved. The theoretical framework and operational significance of unit consumption management module and energy unit consumption optimization analysis module are analyzed through the simulation case study. The results show that the control of intelligent logistics and energy in carbon plant can effectively save production cost, improve the level of automatic operation, pointing out the direction and laying a solid theoretical foundation for the future intelligent development of carbon plant.
