    中国恩菲工程技术有限公司与烟台国润铜业有限公司合作开发了富氧侧吹熔炼-多枪顶吹连续吹炼-火法阳极精炼热态三连炉连续炼铜技术,经过三年多的稳定生产和不断优化,行业评价为该技术达到了国际领先水平。文章回顾了该技术的开发背景、开发过程以及工业化生产过程中的创新与优化,介绍了该技术的特点,并对其发展方向进行了展望。

    Abstract:

    China ENFI Engineering Corporation and Yantai Guorun Copper Co., Ltd. have jointly developed the copper smelting technology by three continuous furnaces in thermal operation which means oxygen-enriched side-blowing smelting furnace—multi-lance top-blowing continuous converting furnace—pyrometallurgical anode refining furnace. After more than three years of stable production and continuous optimization, this technology is recognized by the industry as having reached the international advanced standard. This paper reviews the development background, performance history, and innovation and optimization in the industrial application of this technology, introduces its characteristics, and prospects the development direction of this technology.
