According to the Copyright Law of the People 's Republic of China and the relevant applicable laws and regulations, the above authors ( copyright owners ) agree to: The above-mentioned paper is published in Sustainable Mining and Metallurgy , and voluntarily transfers part of the copyright of the paper to the journal editor free of charge after being hired. and to clarify the relevant issues as follows :
1.All the authors ensure that the paper is an original work, there is no plagiarism, plagiarism of other people 's works, has not been published at home and abroad, no contribution, no infringement ; the paper does not involve the issue of confidentiality and disclosure, and does not contain any content that violates laws and regulations and infringes on the rights and interests of others ; the signature and order are correct and uncontroversial ; in case of infringement, leakage or other problems mentioned above, all responsibilities shall be borne by the author of the paper.
2.All authors agree that once the above-mentioned papers submitted to the journal are hired, the author will transfer some or all of the reproduction and dissemination rights, including but not limited to reproduction rights, distribution rights, information network dissemination rights, broadcasting rights, performance rights, translation rights, compilation rights, and adaptation rights, to the journal editorial department for free.
3.All the authors agree that the above-mentioned papers submitted to the journal are published in theSustainable Mining and Metallurgy journal, and agree to transfer the copyright of the paper ( including the copyright of various media and media ) to the journal editorial department for free, and agree that the paper is included in relevant abstracts and retrieval systems at home and abroad.
4.The author of the thesis may no longer use the rights transferred in Article 2 of this Agreement in any form, but the author of the thesis himself may quote or translate parts of the thesis in his subsequent works, or compile them in non-periodical collections.
5.This Agreement shall enter into force on the date of signature by all the authors. After signature, the author shall mail the paper version of the Agreement or send the electronic version of the Agreement to this Journal through the mailbox. The electronic version of the Agreement shall have the same legal effect as the paper version. If the submitted paper is ultimately not employed, this agreement automatically expires.
