The 1.2 million t/a copper slag beneficiation system in some company mainly recovers copper metal from flash smelting slag through slow cooling, crushing, grinding, flotation, dehydration and other processes. Based on the aspects of safe production, energy saving and consumption reduction, and automation technology application in slag beneficiation, this paper focused on the optimization and improvement of the production process of copper slag beneficiation and the results achieved.
