Sustainable Mining and Metallurgy

This paper briefly described the principle, process and characteristics of organic amine desulfurization, and analysed its application in the lead smelting offgas treatment. The results show that the organic amine desulfurization has the advantages of high desulfurization efficiency, low operation cost, high reliability, simple operation, recycled SO2, no waste water and slag, etc. It can provide a circular economy way for efficient and clean production of offgas desulfurization in lead smelting industry.
