Construction project completion environmental protection acceptance was an important part of environmental protection “three simultaneous” system. This paper reviewed the current situation of environmental protection self-acceptance of metal mining and dressing enterprises, summarized the common problems of self-acceptance, and put forward relevant opinions and suggestions in terms of acceptance content, acceptance deadline, acceptance condition, construction project change, acceptance implementation standards, and selection of acceptance units, so as to provide reference for enterprises to carry out self-acceptance according to laws and regulations and improve the quality of environmental protection acceptance of completion.
