    高浓度尾矿浆体多数表现出宾汉体的特性,并且绝大部分属于复合流态。 本文介绍了适合大比重、高浓度尾矿浆体输送临界流速和摩阻损失的计算方法。 在此基础上,针对尾矿密度为 3. 1 t / m 3 、输送浓度 56% 、尾矿输送距离 8 500 m、输送高差 470 m 的某铁矿尾矿浆体输送案例,进行临界流速和摩阻损失计算,得到该管道正常工况下临界流速为 2. 656 m/ s,摩阻损失为 0. 038 5 mH2O/ m。 通过计算,选定管道为外径 377 mm、内径 329 mm 的钢橡复合管,输送泵采用 4 台流量 320 m 3 / h、扬程 15 MPa 的隔膜泵,3 用 1 备。 计算结果显示管道运行的水力高程线小于最高允许水力高程线;水推浆时隔膜泵出口压力均小于隔膜泵的额定压力。 本文研究可为类似高浓度高扬程尾矿管道输送项目提供参考。

    Abstract:

    Most of the high concentration tailings slurry show the characteristics of Bingham body, and most of them belong to the composite flow state. This paper introduced the calculation method suitable for the critical flow rate and friction loss of large proportion and high concentration tailings slurry transportation. On this basis, the critical velocity and friction loss were calculated for an iron ore tailings slurry transportation case with a tailings density of 3. 1 t / m 3 , transportation concentration of 56% , transportation distance of 8 500 m, and transportation height difference of 470 m. The critical velocity of the pipeline under normal conditions is 2. 656 m / s, and the friction loss is 0. 038 5 mH2O/ m. After calculation, the steel-rubber composite pipe with an outer diameter of 377 mm and an inner diameter of 329 mm was selected, and four diaphragm pumps with a flow rate of 320 m 3 / h and a lift of 15 MPa were used for the conveying pumps. The transportation of tailings slurry shows that the hydraulic elevation line of pipeline operation is less than the maximum allowable hydraulic elevation line; the outlet pressure of the diaphragm pump is less than the rated pressure of the diaphragm pump. The research in this paper can provide reference for similar high-concentration high-lift tailings pipeline transportation projects.
