    本文利用环保无氰药剂,针对卡尔多炉处理金铜冶炼所产阳极泥过程中产生的熔炼渣进行了浸出实验,考察了磨矿细度、液固比、药剂浓度、浸出时间等因素对金、银浸出效果的影响。试验结果显示,在磨矿细度-0.023μm(600目)占比约为90%、液固比2∶1、环保无氰药剂浓度1.2%、浸出时间24h的条件下,金、银浸出率分别可达95.60%和88.79%;对于浸出得到的含金、银贵液,采用锌粉置换,可将溶液中的金、银含量分别降低至0.1g/m3和1.2g/m3,金、银回收效果良好。上述结果说明采用无氰环保药剂浸出卡尔多炉渣中的金、银可行,该工艺方法对环境友好,金、银回收率高。

    Abstract:

    In this paper, leaching experiments were carried out on the smelting slag produced by the process of treating anode slime produced by gold-copper smelting in Kaldo furnace by using environmentally friendly cyanide-free reagents, and the effects of grinding fineness, liquid-solid ratio, regent concentration and leaching time on the of gold and silver were investigated. The test results show that the leaching rates of gold and silver can reach 95.60% and 88.79% respectively under the conditions of grinding fineness of -0.023μm (600 mesh) accounting for about 90%, liquid-solid ratio of 2∶1, environmentally friendly cyanide-free reagent concentration of 1.2% and leaching time of 24h. For the leaching solution containing gold and silver, the content of gold and silver in the solution can be reduced to 0.1g/m3 and 1.2g/m3 respectively by zinc powder replacement, and the recovery effect of gold and silver is good. The above results show that it is feasible to leach gold and silver from Kaldo slag by non-cyanide environmental protection agent. This process is environmentally friendly and has high recovery rate of gold and silver.
