煤矸石制备高强陶粒的研究

    摘要:

    当前,煤矸石堆放量巨大,将其制备成陶粒替代砂石骨料,可实现其大宗量消纳。以煤矸石作为主要原料,配加脱硫石膏、石灰石和白云石,进行煤矸石大掺量(≥80%)制备陶粒的试验研究。试验结果表明:90%煤矸石配加10%脱硫石膏造出的生球经1150℃焙烧60min后,制备的陶粒的堆积密度为729.80kg/m3,吸水率为2.49%,筒压强度为8.15MPa;90%煤矸石配加10%石灰石造出的生球经1150℃焙烧60min后,制备的陶粒的堆积密度为686.00kg/m3,吸水率为1.43%,筒压强度为8.30MPa;90%煤矸石配加10%白云石造出的生球经1150℃焙烧60min后,制备的陶粒的堆积密度为721.44kg/m3,吸水率为5.40%,筒压强度为9.39MPa。制备出的这三种陶粒性能均满足国家标准对高强陶粒的要求。

    Abstract:

    At present, there is a huge amount of coal gangue, which can be made into ceramsite instead of sand aggregate to achieve mass consumption. Using coal gangue as the main raw material, the experimentals study on the preparation of ceramite with desulfurized gypsum, limestone and dolomite were carried out. The results showed that when the raw ball made of 90% coal gangue and 10% desulphurized gypsum was calcined at 1150℃ for 60min, the packing density of the prepared ceramsite was 729.80kg/m3, the water absorption rate was 2.49%, and the barrel compression strength was 8.15MPa; When the raw ball made of 90% coal gangue combined with 10% limestone was calcilled at 1150℃ for 60min, the packing density of the prepared ceramsite was 686.00kg/m3, the water absorption rate was 1.43%, and the barrel compression strength was 8.30MPa; When the raw ball made of 90% coal gangue and 10% dolomite was calcined at 1150℃ for 60min, the packing density of the prepared ceramsite was 721.44kg/m3, the water absorption rate was 5.40%, and the barrel compression strength was 9.39MPa. The properties of these three kinds of ceramsite can meet the requirements of national standards for high strength ceramsite.
