    在金精炼过程中,采用溶液氯化法会产生高浓度含氯废水,通常氯离子浓度可达100g/L左右,需要进行除氯处理。本文采用铜盐沉淀法降低废水中氯含量,考察了铜盐法处理含氯废水的最佳工艺条件。实验表明,废水除氯生产最优控制参数为:初始硫酸酸度42g/L,反应温度20℃,反应时间1h,铜粉用量为理论值的1.5倍,铜盐用量为理论值的1.2倍。在此条件下,氯离子沉淀率在90%以上。进行多次除氯循环试验中,除氯率保持在90%以上,说明采用铜渣进行多次循环废水除氯,稳定性较强、效率高。该技术可为高浓度含氯废水的工业化处理提供借鉴。

    Abstract:

    In the process of gold refining, high concentration of chlorine-containing wastewater will be produced by solution chlorination. Usually, the concentration of chloride ion can reach about 100g/L, which needs to be dechlorinated. In this paper, the copper salt precipitation method was used to reduce the chlorine content in wastewater, and the optimum process conditions for the treatment of chlorine-containing wastewater by copper salt method were investigated. The experimental results show that the optimal control parameters of wastewater dechlorination production are as follows: initial sulfuric acid acidity 42g/L, reaction temperature 20℃, reaction time 1h, copper powder dosage 1.5 times of the theoretical value, and copper salt dosage 1.2 times of the theoretical value. Under these conditions, the chloride ion precipitation rate is more than 90%. In the multiple dechlorination cycle test, the dechlorination rate remained above 90%, indicating that the copper slag was used to remove chlorine from multiple circulating wastewater, which had strong stability and high efficiency. This technology can provide reference for the industrial treatment of high concentration chlorine-containing wastewater.
