    本文以唐山某焦化厂的焦炉烟气为对象,探究焦炉烟气的特点,对比目前的焦炉烟气除尘脱硫脱硝技术,最终选择合适的脱硫脱硝技术。该焦化厂焦炉烟气SO2浓度高达2000mg/Nm3,NOx含量低于常规焦炉烟气,烟气温度较低,为180~192℃。根据烟气特点选择CFB半干法脱硫除尘+补燃SCR脱硝组合工艺作为脱硫脱硝技术路线,并介绍两种技术的工艺原理。采用该工艺后,出口净烟气SO2浓度低于35mg/Nm3,NOx浓度低于30mg/Nm3,粉尘排放低于5mg/Nm3,各项参数优于最新的当地焦炉排放标准要求,实现了SO2、NOx和粉尘的超净排放。

    Abstract:

    This paper took the coke oven flue gas of a coking plant in Tangshan as the object, explored the characteristics of coke oven flue gas, compared the current coke oven flue gas dust removal, desulfurization and denitrification technology, and finally selected the appropriate desulfurization and denitrification technology. The concentration of SO2 in the coke oven flue gas of the coking plant was as high as 2000mg/Nm3, the NOx content was lower than that of the conventional coke oven flue gas, and the flue gas temperature was low, which was 180~192℃. According to the characteristics of flue gas, the CFB semi-dry desulfurization and dust removal + secondary combustion SCR denitrification combined process was selected as the desulfurization and denitrification technology route, and the process principles of the two technologies were introduced. After using this process, the concentration of SO2 in the outlet flue gas is less than 35mg/Nm3, the concentration of NOx is less than 30mg/Nm3, and the dust emission is less than 5mg/Nm3. The parameters are better than the latest local coke oven emission standards, and the ultra-clean emissions of SO2, NOx and dust are realized.
