双侧吹工艺处理含铅混合物料的生产实践

    本文介绍一种处理废旧蓄电池拆解出的含铅原料和含多种有价金属的原生矿混合物料的双侧吹-烟化炉三连炉工艺。从物料、成本等方面对比底吹氧化炉-侧吹还原炉-烟化炉传统三连炉工艺与双侧吹-烟化炉三连炉工艺,探究侧吹氧化炉的技术优势以及生产中的工艺控制。侧吹炉更加适合处理混合物料,在处理含铅混合物料时,侧吹炉不会长炉结影响生产,不需要定期转炉更换氧枪,提高了实际生产作业率。在工业化生产中,双侧吹-烟化炉三连炉工艺可在回收废旧铅酸电池的同时提高企业经济效益,有较高的环保推广价值。

    Abstract:

    This paper introduced a three furnaces process of double side-blown furnaces and fuming furnace for treating lead-containing raw materials from waste battery disassembly and primary ore mixture containing various valuable metals. From the aspects of material and cost, the traditional three furnaces process of bottom blown oxidation furnace-side blown reduction furnace-fuming furnace and the three furnaces process of double side-blown furnaces-fuming furnace were compared, and the technical advantages of side blown oxidation furnace and the process control in production were explored. The side-blown furnace is more suitable for processing mixed materials. When processing lead-containing mixed materials, the side-blowing furnace will not affect the production of long furnace knots, and does not need to change the oxygen lance regularly, which improves the actual production operation rate. In industrial production, the three furnaces process of double side-blown furnaces-fuming furnace can improve the economic benefits of enterprises while recycling waste lead-acid batteries, and has high environmental protection promotion value.
