    摘要:

    钢铁工业一直是碳排放的大户。研究钢铁生产中碳素“零排放”,推动氢冶金技术发展,是全球钢铁工业实现“碳达峰、碳中和”的重要方向。本文分析了钢铁制造流程的碳排放情况,梳理国内外氢冶金技术进展,事实表明“以氢代碳”是钢铁工业大幅降低碳排放的突破口;以国家政策导向为基础,从上下游产业链协同发展角度,对氢冶金发展进行展望,提出“氢冶金+”新发展模式;基于目前钢铁行业处于绿色转型的初级阶段,建议我国发展氢冶金需要注意氢能源供给、铁矿资源品位、技术与标准以及投融资等问题。

    Abstract:

    The iron and steel industry has always been a major carbon emitter. Studying the “zero emission” of carbon in iron and steel production and promoting the development of hydrogen metallurgy technology is an important direction for the global iron and steel industry to achieve “carbon peak and carbon neutralization”. In this paper, the carbon emission of steel manufacturing process was analyzed, and the progress of hydrogen metallurgy technology at home and abroad was sorted out. The facts show that ‘replacing carbon with hydrogen’ is a breakthrough for the steel industry to greatly reduce carbon emissions. Based on the national policy orientation, the development of hydrogen metallurgy was prospected from the perspective of coordinated development of upstream and downstream industrial chains, and new development models of “hydrogen metallurgy+” were proposed. Based on the fact that the iron and steel industry was in the primary stage of green transformation, it was suggested that the development of hydrogen metallurgy in China should pay attention to the problems of hydrogen energy supply, iron ore resource grade, technology and standard, investment and financing.
