    摘要:

    电池级硫酸钴主要用于镍钴锰酸锂正极材料的制备,本文基于国外某电池级硫酸钴蒸发结晶工艺设计实践,对其涵盖的蒸发、结晶、离心和干燥等环节的主流工艺和设备应用情况进行了分析和比较。通过对比多效蒸发和MVR蒸发,由于项目有充足的生蒸汽供应,因此选择三效逆流蒸发工艺;由于间断式结晶工艺存在生产率和自动化程度低等缺点,故选择连续式结晶工艺,采用体积小、单体产能大、能耗较低的DTB型结晶器;通过对比卧式螺旋卸料过滤离心机、双极活塞推料过滤离心机和单级活塞推料过滤离心机的脱水效果和对晶体形貌的破碎程度,选择脱水效果最好的卧式螺旋卸料过滤离心机;在干燥部分,选择单台产能大的固定式流化床。

    Abstract:

    This paper analyzed and compared the mainstream processes and equipment applications of evaporation, crystallization, centrifugation and drying involved in battery-grade cobalt sulfate evaporative crystallization, taking into account actual project conditions.By comparing the multi effect evaporation and MVR evaporation, since the project has sufficient supply of raw steam, the three effect countercurrent evaporation process was selected; Due to the disadvantages of discontinuous crystallization process, such as low productivity and automation, the continuous crystallization process was selected, and DTB type crystallizer with small volume, large monomer capacity and low energy consumption was used; By comparing the dehydration effect and the degree of crushing to crystal morphology of horizontal screw discharge filter centrifuge, bipolar piston push filter centrifuge and single-stage piston push filter centrifuge, the horizontal screw discharge filter centrifuge with the best dehydration effect was selected; In the drying part, the fixed fluidized bed with large single capacity was selected.
