    某冶炼厂采用澳斯麦特炉富氧顶吹熔池熔炼技术,为了建设绿色工厂,将3台转炉生产减少为2台炉,将澳斯麦特炉处理量从210t/h降低至180t/h,导致产能下降。为了提升粗铜产能,该厂将氧气浓度由55%提高至62%~65%,将铜锍品位由67%提高至72%~75%,研究提高氧气浓度和铜锍品位对铜冶炼的影响,进行高氧气浓度高铜锍品位作业可行性论证,并通过试验研究,对澳斯麦特炉工序、锅炉收尘工序、沉降电炉工序、转炉工序遇到的问题进行分析,并提出相应的解决措施。通过高氧气浓度高铜锍品位作业,一降低熔炼烟气量,提高澳炉处理能力;二提高熔炼热效率,降低澳炉系统的能耗;三大幅度降低铜锍量,缩短转炉吹炼时间,提高转炉处理能力;四大幅降低熔炼和吹炼总烟气量,降低制酸系统负荷。

    Abstract:

    A smelter adopts Ausmelt oxygen enriched top blowing bath smelting technology. In order to build a green plant, the production of three converters was reduced to two, and the processing capacity of Ausmelt furnace was reduced from 210t/h to 180t/h, leading to a decline in production capacity. In order to improve the production capacity of crude copper, the plant increased the oxygen concentration from 55% to 62%~65%, and the copper matte grade from 67% to 72%~75%. This paper studied the impact of increasing the oxygen concentration and copper matte grade on copper smelting, carried out feasibility demonstration, and analyzed the problems encountered in the Ausmelt furnace process, boiler dust collection process, settling electric furnace process, and converter process through experimental research, and put foward corresponding solutions. Through the operation of high oxygen concentration and high copper matte grade, the first is to reduce the amount of smelting flue gas and improve the processing capacity of Ausmelt furnace; Second, improve smelting heat efficiency and reduce energy consumption of Ausmelt furnace system; Third, the copper matte quantity is greatly reduced, the converter converting time is shortened, and the converter processing capacity is improved; Fourth, the total flue gas volume of smelting and converting is greatly reduced to reduce the load of the acid making system.
