    摘要:

    针对某企业阳极泥冶炼喷淋塔出口氯气瞬时超标、吸收液有价金属元素含量高且循环泵损坏频发等问题,采用氯化亚铁吸收工艺进行含氯尾气治理生产应用。结果表明,经过5级吸收后,氯化铁与铁粉反应制备的氯化亚铁溶液氯气吸收效率>99%,吸收塔出口氯气含量<60mg/m3,尾气可实现达标排放。该工艺降低循环泵损坏率70%以上,减排氯气超过50%,减少了铜、硒、碲等元素被带入吸收系统造成的流失,为冶炼含氯尾气减排、绿色环保生产提供了参考。

    Abstract:

    In view of the problems such as instantaneous excessive chlorine gas at the outlet of the chlorine-containing tail gas spray tower, high content of valuable metal elements in the absorption liquid and frequent damage to the circulating pump in anode slime metallurgy of a company, FeCl2 process was adopted to treat the chlorine-containing tail gas. The results show that after five stages of absorption, the chlorine absorption efficiency of the FeCl2 solution prepared by reaction of FeCl3 and iron powder is higher than 99%, and the chlorine content at the outlet of the absorption tower is less than 60mg/m3. The chlorine emission can reach the standard. The process reduces the damage rate of circulating pump by more than 70%, and chlorine gas emission by more than 50%, and also reduces the loss of Cu, Se, Te, etc., caused by being brought into the absorption system. It provides a reference for reducing the emission of chlorine-containing tail gas in metallurgy and green production.
