    云锡10万t/a铜冶炼项目制酸一吸塔原有玻璃纤维除雾器因烟气中氟含量过高而容易腐蚀,造成一吸塔出口酸雾量大,制酸装置设备腐蚀,影响制酸乃至冶炼系统的正常生产。针对此问题,采用新型碳纤维除雾器。碳纤维质量比金属铝轻,但强度却高于钢铁,具有高硬度、高强度、重量轻、化学性能好、耐高温等特性。一吸塔更换新型碳纤维除雾器后,经过3年多的生产运行,未出现腐蚀穿滤情况,说明该新型除雾器可满足铜冶炼烟气制酸的工艺要求。

    Abstract:

    The original glass fiber demister of the acid-making primary absorption tower of Yunnan Tin Group 100000t/a copper smelting project was easy to corrode due to the high fluorine content in the off-gas, resulting in a large amount of acid mist at the outlet of the primary absorption tower, which corroded the acid making device, affecting the normal production of acid making system and even smelting system. Aiming at this problem, the new type carbon fiber demister was used. The mass of carbon fiber is lighter than that of metal aluminum, but has a strength stronger than steel, which has the characteristics of high hardness and high strength, light weight, good chemical properties and high temperature resistance. After the demister of the primary absorption tower was replaced by the new type carbon fiber demister, the production has been operated for 3 years, no filter-broken by corrosion occured, which meant that this new type demister can meet the process requirements of off-gas acid making for copper smelting.
