    摘要:

    针对某电解铝企业180kA电解系列烟气流量偏大的问题,采取了调整烟管阀门开度和清理集气系统积料的措施。统计数据显示,调整后,烟气标况流量从调整之前的8075Nm3/h下降到5086Nm3/h,烟气散热从调整前的0.617V下降到0.529V;直流电耗降低了92kW·h/t-Al,净化动力电耗降低了约30kW·h/t-Al,烟气流量调控取得了理想效果。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problem of large off-gas flow of 180kA electrolysis series in an electrolytic aluminum plant, measures were taken to adjust the opening of off-gas valve and clean up the accumulated material in the gas collecting system. The statistical data showed that after the regulation, the off-gas flow under standard conditions dropped from 8075Nm 3/h of before regulation to 5086Nm 3/h, the heat dissipation of the off-gas dropped from 0.617V of before regulation to 0.529V; the DC power consumption has been lowered by 92kW·h/t-Al, and the power consumption for cleaning was reduced by 30kW·h/t-Al. In conclusion, the off-gas flow regulation and control have achieved ideal effect.
