    本文简要介绍了增高阳极的发展现状,并从电耗、阳极导电速度、电解槽稳定性等方面对比650mm和710mm两种阳极高度电解槽。分析结果表明,阳极增高后,压降增加会导致电耗增加;两种电解槽的阳极电流分布趋势一致,导电速度没有显著差异;710mm高阳极的电解槽稳定性指标优于650mm阳极电解槽。阳极高度增加后,减少了物料消耗、电费、直接人工和运输费用,每年可创效1865.33万元,并且可以实现良好的环保效益。

    Abstract:

    This paper briefly introduced the development status of increasing anode height, and compared the electrolytic cells of the heights of 650mm and 710mm in terms of increased power consumption by increasing voltage drop, anode conduction velocity, electrolytic cell stability, etc. It can be known that after the anode height is increased, the increase of voltage drop will lead to the increase of power consumption, the anode current distribution tendency of the two type electrolytic cells is uniform, and the conduction velocity has no obvious difference; the stability of the cell with 710mm high anode is better than that with 650mm high anode. The increase of anode height reduces material consumption, electricity, direct labour and transportaiton costs, which can generate an annual revenue of about 18.65 million yuan and can achieve good environmental effect.
