浅谈隔离变压器的使用

    摘要:

    基于隔离变压器的结构和防电击原理,比较了隔离变压器和普通变压器的差异。由于初级绕组、次级绕组不同心布置,或绕组同心设置,但绕组间设有静电屏蔽层,以及绕组间具有双重绝缘或加强绝缘,隔离变压器具有优秀的隔离和抗干扰能力。本文介绍了隔离变压器用作电气分隔、在电击防护要求较高的场合将TN或TT系统转换为IT系统、为安全特低压系统供电、抑制高频干扰等实际应用的原理和要点,并结合3个实际案例,分析隔离变压器的使用误区,强调采用隔离变压器时应注意隔离变压器的设置要求,避免其功能失效,同时不要盲目选择隔离变压器,以免加大投资,造成资源浪费。

    Abstract:

    Based on the structure and anti-shock principle of isolation transformer, the differences between isolation transformer and ordinary transformer were compared. The isolation transformer had excellent isolation and anti-interference ability because the primary winding and secondary winding were arranged in different centers, or the windings were concentric, but the electrostatic shielding layers were set between the windings, and there were double insulation or enhanced insulation between the windings. This paper introduced the principle and key points of practical application of isolation transformer as electrical isolation, converting TN or TT system to IT system in the occasion of high requirements of electric shock protection, power supply for safe special low voltage system, and suppression of high frequency interference. In addition,three practical cases were cited to analyze the misuse of isolating transformer, and emphasize that the setting requirements of isolating transformer should be paid attention to when adopting isolating transformer, so as to avoid its functional failure,and it was not necessary to blindly select isolating transformer, so as to avoid increasing investment and causing waste of resources.
