    摘要:

    煤电作为中国电力供应的主体,长期因为二氧化碳排放量大而备受诟病。在当前“碳中和、碳达峰”目标的指引下,我国能源电力行业将面临重大转型变革。在此过程中,“去煤化”似乎成为节能减排的不二之选。但是,在煤电产能占比逐步压降的过程中,也要警惕地方由于误读或放大解读国家政策,而对优质产能造成“误伤”。更为关键的是,其他供电方式,目前仍然存在供给端自给性不强、供应稳定性差、性价比低或者技术不成熟等问题,“去煤”之路,切勿心急。

    Abstract:

    As the major component of China’s power supply, coal-fired power has been blame for its large carbon dioxide emissions for a long time.Under the guidance of the current goal of “ carbon neutrality and peak carbon dioxide emissions”, China’s energy and power industry will face a major transformation. In this process, “decoal” seems to become the best choice for energy conservation and emission reduction. However, In the process of gradually reducing the proportion of coal-fired power, it should be alert to the “accidental injury” of high-quality production capacity due to the misreading or amplification of the interpretation of national policies. More importantly, other power supply methods still have problems such as weak self-sufficiency of strong supply side, poor supply stability, low cost performance or immature technology. “decoal” road, need more patience.
