    摘要:

    经过调研大量光伏发电站可知,晶硅组件容易出现黑心、黑斑、黑团、隐裂、裂片等问题。组件常见问题的原因主要包括两方面,一是生产制造环节原材料品质不佳及生产制备工艺出现问题;二是建设安装环节施工人员的不规范操作。为了保证晶硅组件的质量和电站稳定运行,应从生产制造和建设施工两方面对太阳能晶硅组件质量进行科学管理,不但要严格把控组件生产制造工艺,而且电站建设施工的组件交接、组件存放、施工安装等环节也要按照规范严格执行。

    Abstract:

    After investigating a large number of photovoltaic power plants, it can be seen that the crystal silicon components were prone to problems such as black core, black spot, black mass, hidden crack and crack. Two main reasons for common problems of components were the poor quality of raw materials and the problems of production preparation process,and non-standard operation of construction personnel in construction installation. In order to ensure the quality of crystalline silicon components and the stable operation of power station, the quality of solar crystalline silicon components should be scientifically managed from the aspects of production, manufacturing and construction. Not only the production and manufacturing process of components should be strictly controlled, but also the components handover, components storage, construction and installation of power station construction should be strictly implemented in accordance with the specifications.
