    通过有限元仿真建立澳斯麦特炉烟道烟气流体的三维仿真模型,研究烟道中烟气的流动,并将仿真模型与澳炉大修期间烟道的实际结焦情况进行对比。对比结果表明,三维仿真的烟气流速和烟气温度与烟道结焦情况吻合,仿真模型符合实际,较为可靠。根据仿真结果和流体力学原理优化左侧烟道、水平段烟道和下灰斗后,再次进行仿真预测,结果显示:烟气负压基本未变,烟气最大流速和出口流速分别提高了35.7%和115.7%;中心烟气温度仍超过1000℃,出口烟气温度提高至优化前2.5倍以上。因此,烟道优化后,结焦问题将得到较大改善,但后续电收尘系统会出现较多故障,需要调整后续工艺参数来配合优化才能达到理想的效果。

    Abstract:

    The three-dimensional simulation model of flue gas fluid in Ausmelt furnace flue was established by finite element simulation to study the flow of flue gas in the flue. The simulation model was compared with the actual coking situation of the flue during the overhaul of the Ausmelt furnace. The comparison results showed that the flue gas velocity and flue gas temperature of the three-dimensional simulation were consistent with the flue coking, so the simulation model was reliable. According to the simulation results and fluid mechanics principle, the left flue, the horizontal flue and the lower ash hopper were optimized, and the simulation prediction was carried out again. The results showed that the negative pressure of flue gas was basically unchanged, and the maximum flow velocity and outlet flow velocity of flue gas increased by 35.7% and 115.7%, respectively. The central flue gas temperature was still above 1000℃, and the outlet flue gas temperature was increased to more than 2.5 times. Therefore, after flue optimization, the coking problem would be greatly improved, but there would be more faults in the subsequent electrostatic precipitator system. It was necessary to adjust the subsequent process parameters to cooperate with the optimization to achieve the desired effect.
